We are a CCCC Standing Group interested in exploring how various linguistics perspectives and approaches to the study of language can help inform the study and teaching of writing.
Here are the kinds of things we’re interested in:

- What is the general perception of grammar, language teaching, or linguistics in the writing classroom?
- What does it mean to have an explicit language focus in the writing classroom?
